My Clinical Approach
I am a Psychologist and Psychosexologist with over eight years of experience supporting individuals and couples facing sexual and relationship-related difficulties.
My clinical work is based on the understanding that sexual concerns are rarely limited to physical functioning alone. In most cases, they are closely connected to anxiety, self-confidence, emotional conditioning, relationship dynamics, past experiences, and cultural attitudes toward sex. Addressing these deeper psychological factors is central to meaningful and lasting improvement.
After completing my Master’s degree in Psychology from IGNOU, I began working extensively with clients presenting with sexual disorders at Curewell Therapies. This exposure allowed me to gain in-depth, hands-on experience in understanding and managing concerns such as performance anxiety, erectile difficulties, premature ejaculation, low sexual desire, porn-related sexual issues, intimacy blocks, and sexual guilt or shame. I have also worked with couples struggling with communication issues, emotional disconnect, and mismatched desire affecting their sexual relationship.
My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, confidential, and insight-oriented. I focus on helping clients understand the psychological patterns influencing their sexual experiences, reduce anxiety and pressure, rebuild confidence, and develop a healthier relationship with their sexuality. I do not offer quick fixes or generalized advice. Therapy is tailored to the individual or couple’s emotional, relational, and psychological context.
When medical causes are suspected or need evaluation, I collaborate closely with qualified medical professionals to ensure ethical and comprehensive care.
I believe sexual concerns are common, deeply human experiences. With the right psychological understanding and support, they can be addressed effectively and respectfully.
